A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME

I am a trained Chef, fitness coach and creator of the "5 Habit Body Reset".

Like so many of us, I struggled with my weight for years. After a health scare that landed me in the hospital, I decided that I had to make changes in the way I lived.

By getting rid of the bad habits I had picked up over the years, and replacing them with new positive ones, I was able to lose 80 pounds by focusing on 5 simple habits. Now I want to help you!

I created the "5 Habit Body Reset" program to help folks that are ready to make a change in their life and need a clear system to follow. I want to give you the 5 habits that I used to change the way I live. Thanks to this strategy, I now live a healthier and most importantly a sustainable lifestyle.
